A Step-by-Step Creative Experience
A guided, hands-on workshop designed with a calm, elevated pace. Guests are taken through each step from start to finish, creating refined shell pieces with a polished, professional look.
Each experience includes a curated selection of shells, carefully chosen design materials, and detailed instruction in decoupage. Guests learn how to layer, seal, and finish each piece using Mod Podge, followed by delicate gold edging and a smooth, glass-like high-gloss coating.
The process is approachable and well-paced, making it easy for anyone to take part while still producing a finished piece that feels considered and complete.

For those who wish to deepen their connection to the materials, a guided shelling experience can be included as part of the offering.
Guests are led on a relaxed, thoughtfully paced walk along the shoreline, with gentle guidance throughout. Along the way, they are introduced to the character of the local coastline, the types of shells found in the area, and how to identify pieces best suited for design and structure. The experience also offers a simple approach to beachcombing—learning how to notice, select, and collect shells and natural elements that can be transformed into refined pieces of art.
Collected shells are then carefully cleaned and prepared by BecWood Studios for use in the workshop, allowing each guest to carry their experience from the shoreline into the creative process. The result is a seamless progression from discovery to finished piece, grounded in both place and intention.

Every piece is unique and made to be kept or gifted.
All materials, tools, and instruction are provided. Shells are cleaned and prepared, workstations are set, and all setup and cleanup are handled. The focus remains on a seamless, guest-ready experience.
